Mathematics: * In red Algebra textbook *:
page 305: 1-20, 23-26, 31, and 32
Extra Credit: 28-30, and 35-37
Biology: Prepare a 5-8 minute presentation to share with the class on what system you picked out of the hat (bowl . . .). Both you and your lab partner will have to present, and you can make a poster if you want to. Here are the guidelines for the presentation that you have to do:
1. Present a diagram of the the system and explain what it does
- Presentation Should Include -
2. Organs involved in the system (anatomy)
- What each organ does (Physiology)
- Where they are located in the body
3. Relationships to other systems including:
- Organs "shared" with other systems
- How the systems relate to one another
4. 5-8 Minute Presentation by both lab partners next week (next Tuesday)
5. Examples of groups of invertebrates that have same/similar system or organs.
Physics: Finish the chart about the "How fast will this object fall . . ." column. Also, do questions 32 & 33 on page 26 in your packet.
History: Roman expansion paper (Some would call it a mini-project) due December 19th, 2006
English Language Arts: Quiz tomorrow on the workbook pages 26.1-26.4. Also,, do the workbook pages 26.5. All of this is occurring/due tomorrow.
Spanish 3(Mrs.Moe): Study for the quiz for this Friday. See previous homework postings to inquire on what it is about.
Also:
~Bring 2 ltr. bottle (empty) for the coin drive!!
~Bring spare change for the coin drive!!!!
~Geometry is back in business, get a separate Geometry notebook!!!!!
