As a goodwill gesture, the store once sent thank-you notes to men who had purchased valuable jewelry. The store sent those notes to the men's homes, where some of the letters were opened by wives for whom that valuable jewelry had not been purchased.

Also i noticed the emailing hours, what about weekends? You should have an update section where you talk about you updates, i planned to do so but it gets to crowded for me, maybe not for you since you dont have so long of a blog....
